Here I would like to share with you a number of online videos on Islam and Muslims. Although some aspects of some of these videos may not fully comply with Islamic standards, such as modest attire, overall they provide you with a better understanding of Islam and Muslims.

1- This is a British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) interview with British Journalist Yvonne Ridley, who spent ten days in a Taliban prison, and other British converts.

2- Britain’s Channel 4 interviews white conservative Christians Texans, two men (an almost Baptist minister and an Air Force Veteran) and two women (a businesswoman and a Texas Christian University graduate), who became Muslims.

3- Skip Estes, who was an evangelical preacher and a friend of Pat Robertson, talks about how he, his wife, his ordained minister father, and a Catholic priest, became Muslims. Once on the site click on Preachers Entering Islam. He is an excellent speaker and quite funny!

4- American Ramadan tells the story of five families living in California and Texas, and how they spend Ramadan. It was shown on Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and other channels.

5- This video from the Hajj Foundation, which used to provide scholarships to new Muslims to make pilgrimage to Mecca, feature sites and sounds of Hajj as well as interviews with American Muslims.

6- ABC’s Nightline reports on Hajj with Michael Wolfe, an American Sunni Muslim. It is very nice brief explanation of Hajj.
